About the job Sales Supervisor – Aesthetic & Dermatology Division
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the sales activities related to aesthetic medical equipment and
products for Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, and Aesthetic Clinics.
Develop and implement sales strategies specific to the aesthetic and dermatology
market.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), doctors, and
clinic owners.
Conduct high-level product presentations, demonstrations, and business discussions
with clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer needs in
the aesthetic field.
Participate in major negotiations, contracts, and closing of strategic deals.
Coordinate with marketing teams on campaigns, launches, workshops, and aesthetic
events.
Work closely with technical and clinical teams to ensure proper training, installation, and -sales support.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in aesthetic or dermatology sales (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of aesthetic devices, injectables, skincare, or energy-based
technologies.
Established network with plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and aesthetic clinics is a
strong advantage.
Strategic thinking with strong commercial awareness.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
High level of professionalism and credibility with physicians.
