Responsibilities

Internal Operations and Coordination

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the digital team, including scheduling, internal comms, and project tracking.

Maintain internal documentation, dashboards, and reporting tools to ensure visibility of digital initiatives.

Convene team meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items or follow-ups.

Drive the adoption of digital tools and processes, ensuring they are used effectively and consistently across teams and practices.

Collaborate with leads and extended team members to monitor progress, highlight risks, and surface insights across projects.

Visibility and Communication

Support internal visibility efforts such as newsletters, project updates, and community initiatives.

Maintain digital intranet spaces to ensure transparency and access to key information.

Support external visibility efforts such as website updates, thought leadership archiving, etc.

Support with curating and organizing internal and external events with staff, clients, talent, etc.

Digital Staff Enablement and Training

Coordinate onboarding for new digital team members, including access to tools, documentation, and key contacts.

Organize and maintain a digital knowledge base (how-to guides, toolkits, FAQs).

Schedule and support internal training sessions, tool demos, or knowledge-sharing events.

Drive adoption and effectiveness of digital tools and recommend improvements.

Work with team leads to identify skill or knowledge gaps and suggest enablement solutions.


Knowledge, skills and abilities

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in an operation, digital coordination, L&D, or internal

communications role

Skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Clear, effective communicator (written and verbal).

Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams and functions.

Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools is a plus.

Interest or background in digital tools, platforms, or user enablement is a bonus.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
