Founding Engineer (EU remote)

You have heard of EigenLayer, Symbiotic, or Karak.

We are building the first abstraction layer to aggregate and unify economic security across shared security protocols. Our goal is to simplify the process of building and managing AVSs by providing a seamless, unified solution for AVS developers and node operators. Were looking for an exceptional engineer to join us at the earliest stage. As a Founding Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technology, product and culture of the company.

This role is fully remote and pays up to $130,000 USD + Tokens.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Tech stack: Go, Solidity, Cosmos SDK (preferred)
• Architect, build and deploy core infrastructure and applications.
• Work across the stack, from Solidity smart contracts to Go backend services to DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
• Own features end-to-end, from design to implementation and production monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO & founding team on strategic technical decisions.
• Set best practices for security, scalability and maintainability.
• Help build and scale a world-class engineering team.
  

ABOUT YOU

• 3-5 years generalist engineering experience
• Experience with Solidity (smart contract development, security best practices)
• Proficiency in Golang/Rust
• Deep understanding of the EVM.
• Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.
• Prior experience at an early-stage startup or building products from scratch is a plus.
• Location: Must be in the Europe (CET) & APAC time zones (UTC+0 to UTC+8)
