BI Strategic Operation Specialist

We are currently seeking a BI Strategic Operation Specialist to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Position Overview:

The BI Strategic Operation Specialist will play a key role in driving the strategic direction of our business operations. This individual will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends and patterns, and providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making at all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns in key business areas
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions
• Monitor data quality and integrity, and work with IT to resolve any issues
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the business operations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor's degree of any relevant major
• Min. 5 years of experience in business improvement, data analysis, project management, continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Experience in the mining industry is a plus
