Key Accountabilities

  • Support procurement and sourcing activities to ensure timely availability of goods and services required for project and operational needs.
  • Coordinate with internal users to gather and clarify procurement requirements, including specifications, quantities, delivery schedules, and budget information.
  • Assist in sourcing activities by identifying potential suppliers and collecting relevant commercial and technical information.
  • Prepare and administer procurement documents, including Requests for Quotation (RFQ), bid evaluations, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout the procurement process to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Monitor procurement progress and follow up on outstanding purchase requests, purchase orders, and supplier commitments.
  • Support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process by coordinating with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and vendors to facilitate timely invoice processing and payment.
  • Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and sourcing documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in evaluating supplier performance and provide input for continuous improvement of procurement and sourcing activities.
  • Ensure procurement activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering 
  • At least 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or a related function.
  • Open for fresh graduate

Competencies

  • Basic understanding of procurement and sourcing processes for goods and services.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to review quotations and compare commercial offers.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to effectively work with internal users and external suppliers.
  • Detail-oriented with good administrative and documentation capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on procurement activities within required timelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and procurement-related systems.
  • Demonstrates integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering quality work in accordance with company standards.
