Overview:
The General Affairs Supervisor is responsible for delivering reliable, efficient, and compliant workplace support services that enable business operations to perform effectively. This role ensures Head Office facilities, corporate assets, insurance, outsourced services, and administrative operations are managed to a high standard while driving continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and an excellent workplace experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Head Office facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained by overseeing workplace operations and coordinating maintenance activities with the Building Management team.
  • Ensure office assets, equipment, and supplies are effectively managed throughout their lifecycle to support uninterrupted business operations.
  • Lead the administration of corporate insurance programs, ensuring timely policy renewals, claims processing, and adequate coverage for company assets and operations.
  • Ensure outsourced services, including Security, Office Boy, Receptionist, and other workplace support personnel, consistently meet agreed service levels and business expectations.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with vendors and service providers to deliver high-quality services, contractual compliance, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure corporate travel and General Affairs administrative services are delivered efficiently to support both Head Office and operational site requirements.
  • Monitor and control the General Affairs budget, identifying opportunities to optimize costs while maintaining service quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement by reviewing General Affairs processes, enhancing workplace services, and implementing operational best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver responsive, solution-oriented General Affairs support and ensure timely resolution of workplace-related issues.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports, providing insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Management, Corporate Services, or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in office facility management, building management coordination, corporate insurance, office asset management, outsourced services, and vendor management.
  • Good understanding of budgeting, contract administration, and workplace operations.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Service-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Willing to travel to operational sites when required.
