Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end Human Resources functions across multiple construction and project sites, ensuring consistent and effective HR service delivery.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.
- Manage workforce planning, talent acquisition, manpower mobilization, workforce deployment, and performance management processes to support project execution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, collective labor agreements, and industrial relations practices.
- Provide strategic guidance and resolution on employee and industrial relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievance handling, dispute resolution, and conflict management.
- Drive organizational effectiveness by partnering with business leaders to address workforce challenges, enhance employee engagement, and improve overall people performance.
- Integrate and promote Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) principles within HR policies, programs, and day-to-day operations to foster a strong safety culture.
- Participate in incident investigations, identify people-related root causes, and ensure timely implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to build organizational capability while fostering a collaborative, high-performance, fair, and safety-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving, and business acumen, with the ability to translate people-related issues into practical business solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, other STEM disciplines, Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Supervisor, or equivalent positions, preferably within the mining, mining services, EPC, construction, heavy equipment, or related industries, with at least 5–10 years in managerial positions.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, industrial relations frameworks, and employment practices.
- Proven experience in managing employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
- Good understanding of HSE principles and their application within project-based or site operations.
- Highly resilient, adaptable, and able to manage ambiguity and changing business priorities.
- Demonstrates sound judgment and effective decision-making, particularly in fast-paced and high-pressure operational environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical business practices.
- Experienced in multi-site operations and willing to be assigned across project locations.
