About the job Learning and Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement learning & development programs (technical, behavioral, leadership, and management development).
  • Manage talent programs including Management Trainee, talent review, and development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with business units, mentors, and stakeholders to define development needs, curriculum, and learning roadmap.
  • Facilitate the preparation and monitoring of Individual Development Plans (IDP).
  • Manage learning administration, documentation, and reporting.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to learning systems, frameworks, and policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management or Organizational Development.
  • Strong understanding of learning frameworks, talent development, and competency-based development.
  • Experience handling management trainee or leadership development programs is an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with learning platforms is a plus.
  • English proficiency in writing and speaking.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret learning and talent data.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and frameworks.
