Learning and Development Officer
About the job Learning and Development Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and implement learning & development programs (technical, behavioral, leadership, and management development).
- Manage talent programs including Management Trainee, talent review, and development initiatives.
- Coordinate with business units, mentors, and stakeholders to define development needs, curriculum, and learning roadmap.
- Facilitate the preparation and monitoring of Individual Development Plans (IDP).
- Manage learning administration, documentation, and reporting.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to learning systems, frameworks, and policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management or Organizational Development.
- Strong understanding of learning frameworks, talent development, and competency-based development.
- Experience handling management trainee or leadership development programs is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with learning platforms is a plus.
- English proficiency in writing and speaking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret learning and talent data.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and frameworks.
