Job Overview:

The FS & Amdal Manager is responsible for managing the process of feasibility studies and providing AMDAL strategic planning to proposal and project teams, ensuring that proposed projects are feasible to be implemented professionally from various aspects. This role actively assists the GM Operations/KTT with the generation of cost proposals, providing input and advice regarding operational strategy to support client interactions and long-term strategic partnerships. Furthermore, the manager is accountable for any recommendations made, utilizing strong knowledge in research, financial analysis, project assessments, and risk evaluations to determine potential environmental, social, and economic impacts.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Public Consultations, KA-Andal (TOR) preparation, field surveys, and laboratory testing, leading to the submission and issuance of Environmental Approval per Government Regulation No. 22 of 2021 of Environmental Protection and Management
  • Conduct evidence-based feasibility studies to establish the operational viability of proposed projects by analyzing historical performance metrics and previous feasibility data, verifying data related to the environmental impact analysis process, and developing external studies in consultation with experts, while assembling related departments to collect relevant, high-quality data.
  • Process technical approvals for Dumping Tailing (DSTP), Effluent Discharge and Standards, Exhaust Gas Emission, Waste B3 Utilization and Storage, Domestic Waste Water Utilization (STP), and Operation Worthiness Certificates (SLO).
  • Maintain good relationships and communication channels with stakeholders that have an important impact on the Company's FS and AMDAL processes to maintain the Company's reputation.
  • Assist in training site personnel on Project Feasibility Studies and identify strategies for improving effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Mining, Geology, or Metallurgy.
  • Minimum of 15 years of working experience.
  • Proven experience leading strategic FS and EIA (AMDAL) projects to achieve organizational targets.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodology, improvement tools, and Project Management.
  • Deep technical knowledge of EIA (AMDAL) systems and procedures, FS systems, data and process analysis, and Government of Indonesia regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
  • Highly systematic and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain direction and achieve work objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Must demonstrate a high level of maturity, maintain confidentiality, and actively support company objectives.

  • Willing to be placed at the Tujuh Bukit Operation in Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur.
