ERP & Digitalization Manager

Job Summary:

The ERP and Digitalization Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation, management, and optimization of the organization's ERP system and driving digital transformation initiatives. This role involves aligning ERP capabilities and digital tools with business goals, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the companys overall objective.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ERP system, Ensuring seamless integration of the ERP system with existing business processes and other software.
• Lead efforts to streamline operations and enhance efficiency through the adoption of digital tools, automation, and best practices.
• Identify emerging technologies and trends relevant to the mining industry, evaluating their potential impact and implementing where appropriate.
• Oversee relationships with external IT vendors and service providers to ensure service delivery and compliance with contracts.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of business goals and system functionalities.

Qualification:

• Minimum of Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven track record (10+ years) of leadership in ERP and digital transformation, ideally within the mining industry. Experience in driving change management initiatives across large organizations.
• Deep understanding of digital technologies such as AI, IoT, cloud computing, and data analytics, with experience in implementing these technologies to drive business outcomes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
