Overview

Assist the role of HR Business Partner to deliver HR strategies and initiatives and assist also to ensure the organizations alignment in the area coverage. This role will be assisting HR sites to perform and achieve HR KPI not limited to Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee and Industrial Relation, Compliance and Employee Services delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Being a partner of Site Leaders to support the business and operational objectives.
  • Responsible to consolidate and coordinate with HR sites related to the matters of Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee and Industrial relation, Compliance and Employee Services delivery.
  • Accountable to monitor the achievement of HR Site's Key Performance Indicator and assist to provide the advisory related to any HR issues or matters.
  • Responsible to ensure HR compliance with labour regulations, company policies, and site requirements.
  • Responsible to collaborate with HR functions to ensure effective HR service delivery.
  • Responsible to support the operational readiness not limited to the workforce and people capability for site operational production and project expansion.
  • Lead and develop the site HR team to promote the positive work culture.
  • Accountable to handle project assigned.

Qualifications

  • Excellent in analytical and critical thinking, problem solving, and business acumen and the ability to align HR issues with business objectives
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, or other STEM disciplines, Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 – 10 years experiences in general HR, including as an HRBP, HR Generalist, HR Supervisor, or equivalent role within mining, mining services, EPC, construction, heavy equipment, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee and Industrial relation, Compliance and Employee Services.
  • Experience to handle large scale of manpower including contractors' employees.
  • Strong interpersonal skill in managing the stakeholders, conflict management & resolution, communication issues, and coaching & counselling.
  • Experience in workforce mobilization, roster-based employees, and remote site environments is preferred.
  • Have strong capability HR analytics based on data driven and being able to provide solution in supporting the business decisions.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership capability with less supervision in leading HR team to achieve the target
  • Willing to be based at remote project or operational sites under a roster system.
