HRGA Officer (Mandarin Speaker)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HRGA Officer (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and general affairs, with fluency in Mandarin to support our growing business. Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting HRGA operations, particularly employee mobilization, demobilization, and fieldbreak arrangements, as well as employee-related administrative needs at site.
• The role coordinates transportation, accommodation, site access, safety requirements, and other employee services, while working closely with site services team, HSE, Technical/Operation teams, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely employee movement and administration.
• The position also provides administrative support, maintains employee movement records, follows up on site requirements, and supports the implementation and improvement of HRGA processes and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HRGA, HR Administration, General Affairs, Employee Services, or a related position.
• Experience in mining, manufacturing, construction, industrial, or project-site environments is preferred.
• Experience handling employee mobilization, transportation, fieldbreak, travel arrangements, or site administration is highly preferred
• Mandarin language proficiency is required, both written and spoken, to support communication with Chinese expatriate employees and related stakeholders.
