Metallurgist Intern

Overview

Join our Technical Services team and gain hands-on experience in a mineral processing plant. As a Metallurgist Intern, you will support daily metallurgical activities, process monitoring, laboratory work, and process improvement projects while learning from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support daily process monitoring and metallurgical data analysis.
• Assist in sampling, laboratory testing, and metallurgical accounting.
• Prepare technical reports and process performance documentation.
• Support process improvement initiatives and technical studies.
• Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Metallurgical Engineering or related field.
• Available for a minimum 1-month full-time internship.
• Basic knowledge of mineral processing and extractive metallurgy.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willing to relocate and be based at the site area.
