Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in mass-hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates for various roles within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Corporate Talent Acquisition team to support the recruitment process for the Management Trainee program.
- Assist in developing and implementing mass-hiring strategies to attract top talent for our company.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews with potential candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and job postings.
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
- Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team in various projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate students of psychology or a related subject.
- Should have at least 3 months' internship experience in recruitment.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks at the same time.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using recruitment software is a plus.
- Available to work full-time for the duration of the apprenticeship and placement in Astha SCBD, South Jakarta
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa.
