Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in mass-hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates for various roles within our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Corporate Talent Acquisition team to support the recruitment process for the Management Trainee program.
  • Assist in developing and implementing mass-hiring strategies to attract top talent for our company.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews with potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and job postings.
  • Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
  • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team in various projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate students of psychology or a related subject.
  • Should have at least 3 months' internship experience in recruitment.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using recruitment software is a plus.
  • Available to work full-time for the duration of the apprenticeship and placement in Astha SCBD, South Jakarta
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa.
