Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Management functions to execute strategic and timely procurement activities that effectively support project execution and operational production requirements.
- Analyze user requirements for goods and services, including technical specifications, quality standards, and budget considerations, to ensure procurement activities align with business needs.
- Assess and evaluate vendor capabilities, expertise, and performance to ensure accurate sourcing decisions and supplier selection that meet user requirements.
- Review and evaluate commercial and technical aspects of supplier proposals to achieve cost efficiency while maintaining compliance with allocated budgets and operational requirements.
- Monitor and ensure procurement activities, including the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures through active engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee payment-related activities by coordinating with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and suppliers/vendors to ensure the effective execution of the Procure-to-Pay process.
- Develop sourcing strategies based on mid-term and long-term forecasts to ensure procurement activities are delivered on schedule and within approved budgets.
- Plan, manage, and supervise procurement activities by effectively allocating Purchase Requests among team members to ensure balanced workloads and efficient execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Strategic Sourcing function to establish more strategic, effective, and efficient procurement workflows and processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a reputable university is preferred.
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge and understanding of procurement and sourcing processes for goods and services.
- Ability to quickly understand and execute procurement processes in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring both time and cost efficiency.
- Demonstrates a high standard of work quality and consistency in managing and controlling procurement activities to ensure the delivery of quality goods and services that meet business requirements.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities.
