Shift: 12-hour shifts, rotating days/nights (36/48-hour rotation)

A dynamic healthcare organization committed to delivering high-quality care to a community in Shiprock, NM is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join a team on a 26-week contract basis.. Our Ambulatory Clinic provides a wide range of outpatient services, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness promotion.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care and support to patients in an Ambulatory Clinic setting.
- Perform patient assessments, screenings, and health education.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Assist with procedures and minor surgeries as needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ambulatory or outpatient clinic settings preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
