Responsibilities:

• Provide basic medical and nursing care to patients
• Monitor patient health and administer basic patient care
• Assist in maintaining patient records and performing administrative tasks
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Follow all healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of New York
• Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• New graduates accepted at some facilities
