What Youll Be Doing

Candidate Engagement

• Make introductory calls to pre-identified candidates and conduct initial screening conversations.

• Schedule interviews, prepare candidates, and keep them engaged throughout the process.

• Build and maintain a hotlist of top finance professionals.

Administrative Excellence

• Manage interview scheduling, confirmations, and offer/rejection communications.

• Update candidate databases and ensure CVs are formatted to client-ready standards.

• Monitor and respond to job ad applications, keeping records accurate and up to date.

Compliance & Business Support

• Ensure all candidate records meet compliance standards.

• Support wider business operations and marketing initiatives (e.g., EShots and targeted outreach).
