Our client, a top-tier International Recruitment and Search firm, is seeking an accomplished Business Development Executive/Manager to drive strategic growth, expand enterprise partnerships, and establish a high-performing IT contracting division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy across the IT contracting and resourcing portfolio

  • Secure and manage large-scale government and corporate contracts

  • Manage tender submissions, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations

  • Establish long-term client relationships 

Ideal Profile

  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or account management within IT recruitment, contracting and professional services
  • Proven success in winning tenders and securing multi-year agreements

  • Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and scale sales teams

  • Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and passion for growth
