The Role

As a 360 Consultant, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and candidate sourcing to placement and account management. Your primary focus will be on filling finance roles within the Not-for-Profit and Public Sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Actively identify and develop new business opportunities within the finance functions of Not-for-Profit and Public Sector organizations.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels to attract top finance talent, including direct sourcing, database searches, and networking.
• Candidate Management: Screen, interview, and assess finance candidates to determine suitability for client roles.
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their finance hiring needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Placement: Manage the placement process, including offer negotiation, contract administration, and onboarding of finance professionals.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent individual with a proven track record in finance recruitment, preferably within the Not-for-Profit or Public Sectors. A strong understanding of the finance functions within these sectors, coupled with excellent business development skills, is essential.
