You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to our clients, while also providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions

- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job postings, social media, and networking events

- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications

- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews and feedback

- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process

- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process

- Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates

- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs set by the company

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a generalist role

- Proven track record of successfully filling positions and meeting recruitment targets

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media for sourcing and screening candidates

- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus
