About Us
Our client is an established recruitment agency specializing in the Travel, Supply Chain, and Logistics sectors. With a strong market presence since 1977, they are seeking a dynamic 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their Johannesburg branch.
The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement. You will join a small, collaborative team and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Actively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Travel, Supply Chain, and Logistics sectors.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels to attract top talent, including LinkedIn and networking.
- Candidate Management: Screen, interview, and assess candidates against client requirements.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service.
- Placement: Manage the recruitment process from interview scheduling to offer negotiation and placement.
Key Performance Indicators
- Conduct 10-12 interviews per week.
- Generate 10-12 referrals per week.
- Achieve a monthly target of R90,000 - R120,000.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual with a strong track record in recruitment. Experience within the Travel, Supply Chain, or Logistics sectors is preferred. You should be comfortable working independently while also being a team player.
