About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Executive Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home and enjoy the flexibility of managing your own time. You will be responsible for identifying and securing high-level talent for our clients while leveraging our extensive resources and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within your chosen niche.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels to attract top-tier candidates, including our proprietary headhunting tools and extensive databases.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert recruitment advice and exceptional service.
- Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial client brief to candidate placement.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a minimum of 10 years of experience in executive recruitment. You should have a proven track record of success, ideally with experience working remotely.Strong business development skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the executive search market are essential.
