The Role

As a 360 Consultant, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and candidate sourcing to placement and account management. Your primary focus will be on filling critical roles within the Oil & Gas industry, with a particular emphasis on international placements, especially within the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Actively identify and develop new business opportunities within the Engineering, Mining, and Oil & Gas sectors.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels to attract top talent, including direct sourcing, database searches, and networking.
• Candidate Management: Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine suitability for client roles.
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Placement: Manage the placement process, including offer negotiation, contract administration, and onboarding.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent individual with a proven track record in recruitment, preferably within the Engineering, Mining, or Oil & Gas industries. Strong business development skills and a deep understanding of the industry are essential.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within the Engineering, Mining, or Oil & Gas sectors.
• Strong business development and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Resilient and target-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
• International recruitment experience, particularly within the Middle East, is highly advantageous.
