Marketing Agent - Insurance Brokerage

We are seeking motivated and driven Marketing Agents to join our growing team. This role is suitable for professionals who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and expanding their career in the insurance brokerage industry.

Requirements : 

• Bachelors Degree (S1) in any major

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or sales within general insurance or insurance brokerage

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships

• Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment

• Identify and acquire new individual or corporate client accounts

• Execute sales initiatives and marketing activities to achieve assigned targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams as needed

• Provide regular updates on sales progress and market feedback
