Position Overview
Talent Acquisition Specialist at Meratus is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes across assigned business units, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring aligned with workforce plans and business needs. The role partners closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, source and assess candidates through effective screening and interviews, maintain strong talent pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience. This position also supports employer branding initiatives, recruitment reporting, and process compliance to ensure efficient, data-driven, and consistent talent acquisition execution across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding across assigned business units.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, job requirements, and selection criteria.
- Conduct candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, campus engagement, referrals, and other innovative channels.
- Screen applications, conduct behavioral-based interviews, and coordinate assessments.
- Ensure timely hiring in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare hiring reports and dashboards.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, campus hiring, and social media campaigns.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience handling multi-level hiring (staff to managerial level).
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
- Good interview and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Experience in logistics, shipping, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is a plus.
