Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Enabler to support the execution of international trade strategies and business development initiatives within the container shipping industry. This role is responsible for driving business performance, enabling trade development through digitalization and process improvement, and ensuring smooth coordination across multiple internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support International Trade teams in executing strategic initiatives and business development plans.
- Monitor and drive business performance across front-line clusters, including:
- Volume growth
- Revenue achievement
- Market share
- Customer satisfaction
- Cost control
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Enable trade development initiatives with a strong focus on digitalization and process optimization.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments, including front-line clusters, agents, sales, trade, operations, customer service, finance, and IT/Digital Factory teams to ensure smooth and efficient trade operations.
- Support cross-functional collaboration to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the container shipping industry.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
- Trade
- Pricing
- Capacity Management (Cargo Flow)
- Sales
- Sales Support
- Customer Service
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digitalization initiatives and process improvement projects is an advantage.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and performance-driven mindset.
