Position Overview
The position will responsible for developing and managing annual, monthly, and weekly maintenance plans for heavy equipment / truck, while ensuring all preventive, periodic, and corrective maintenance activities are executed according to schedule
Responsibilities
- Prepare annual, monthly, and weekly maintenance plans, and update maintenance activities as required.
- Monitor the implementation of maintenance activities, including periodic, preventive, and corrective maintenance, to ensure they align with the established maintenance plan.
- Coordinate the management and control of facilities and infrastructure, tools and utilities, as well as materials for the maintenance program, to ensure maintenance activities run properly.
- Conduct analysis and evaluation of maintenance activities and provide improvement recommendations to ensure maintenance is carried out more effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare monthly reports related to the maintenance departments performance, including equipment performance, tools and utilities reports, and maintenance costs.
- Control and maintain documentation of all maintenance activities, including historical files, repair reports, warranty documentation, and overall equipment performance records.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler
- Experience working in Heavy Equipment / Truck operations company
- Willing to be placed at Head Office, Surabaya.
