We are looking for an experienced HRIS Lead to drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our HR technology ecosystem.
This role will work closely with HR, IT, Finance, business leaders, and external partners to ensure that our HR systems are integrated, reliable, user-friendly, and capable of supporting the organization's future growth
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HRIS implementation, enhancement, integration, and system optimization initiatives.
- Translate HR and business requirements into effective system solutions.
- Manage HRIS modules covering employee data, organization management, recruitment, onboarding, performance, talent, learning, compensation, payroll, time attendance, and employee services.
- Maintain data accuracy, system governance, access controls, and HR data security.
- Develop HR dashboards, analytics, and management reports to support decision-making.
- Manage relationships with HRIS vendors, IT teams, and implementation partners.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, data migration, system documentation, training, and change management.
- Identify opportunities to simplify HR processes, improve employee experience, and reduce manual activities.
- Provide ongoing system support and ensure issues are resolved within agreed service levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, HR operations, or related roles.
- Experience leading an HRIS implementation or major system enhancement project.
- Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical, project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HR data reporting, system integration, data migration, and user acceptance testing.
- Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud-based HRIS platforms and payroll integration will be an advantage.
