Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support to support business growth through customer acquisition and account development. This role focuses on supporting field sales activities by handling administrative tasks, preparing sales documentation, and following up on incoming inquiries while the sales team is on the road. The position is primarily office-based and plays a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations and excellent customer experience through a consultative, solution-driven approach in logistics and forwarding services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and follow up on new business opportunities from incoming leads and target markets.

  • Support field sales by handling sales administration, documentation, and customer follow-ups.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication.

  • Understand client needs and assist in proposing tailored logistics and forwarding solutions.

  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, pricing, and service presentations for clients.

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance) to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activities, pipelines, and client data in CRM systems.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, including performance tracking, pipeline updates, and market feedback.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to support sales strategies.

  • Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, or industry events when required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related discipline.

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or sales support, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
    Fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply for officer-level positions.

  • Comfortable with cold calling, lead follow-up, and basic lead generation activities.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to explain service value clearly.

  • Basic financial understanding to support pricing and quotation discussions.

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms.

  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work effectively in an office-based support role.
