Responsibilities

• Analyze the equipment failures (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems).
• Perform systematic troubleshooting based on data analysis.
• Conduct condition inspections, both routine and incidental.
• Identify root causes (not just symptoms).
• Provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
• Review and update maintenance and troubleshooting SOPs.
• Standardize procedures for land equipment (reach stacker, RTG, forklift, terminal tractor).
• Standardize procedures for port equipment (STS crane, quay crane, gantry crane).
• Ensure all work complies with OEM standards and port regulations.
• Ensure compliance with:
  
  • Safety regulations
    
  • Load test requirements
    
  • Inspection standards
    
• Support reliability improvement initiatives.
• Reduce downtime and improve equipment availability.



Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role
• Willing to be placed at Head Office, Surabaya
