Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operation Staff to oversee and manage our sea freight logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth handling of cargo from origin to destination, supervise the operations team, coordinate with stakeholders, optimize processes, and resolve operational issues to guarantee timely and accurate shipment delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise stuffing and stripping operations at CFS and depot to ensure activities run safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Monitor and optimize container availability and yard slot utilization to support smooth operational flow.
• Coordinate and control operational workflows to reduce waiting time, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve overall productivity.
• Ensure proper handling procedures are followed and conduct continuous monitoring to minimize cargo damage and prevent handling-related claims.
• Control operational cost, by monitoring costs, improving resource utilization, and ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
• Oversee real-time operational administration and ensure accurate, timely recording of all activities and transactions.
• Manage and optimize third-party labour deployment to ensure manpower availability, efficiency, and alignment with operational demand.
• Monitor container delinquent to ensure to prevent cargo damage, optimize damageyard slot utilization, and avoid additional charges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in sea freight logistics

• Proven operational leadership skills in managing sea freight activities effectively.

• Proficiency with logistics management systems and operational software.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.

• In-depth knowledge of international sea freight regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements.

• Familiarity with best practices in sea freight operations and compliance standards.
