QA Automation Engineer

Position Overview : We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Automation Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications by working closely with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities : 

• Review Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and UI/UX flows, providing timely, structured, and constructive feedback
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Delivery Managers to design comprehensive testing strategies and scenarios based on business and technical requirements
• Support and participate in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process together with Business Analysts and business users
• Develop, document, and maintain clear and well-structured test scenarios and test script
• Execute manual and automated test scripts to ensure application quality and stability
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring proper follow-up until resolution

Requirements : 

• Proven experience as QA Automation Engineer for at least 3 years
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Katalon, Cypress, or Playwright
• Experience with performance, stress, or load testing tools (e.g., JMeter) is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders
