  1. Preparing reconciliation & monitoring account balance
    1. Input periodic journal, amortization & depreciation.
    2. Input adjustment journal in general ledger module.
    3. Create fixed asset master and input fixed asset transaction journals in a fixed asset module.
    4. Prepare ledger versus sub ledger reconciliation.
    5. Preparing reconciliations between account balances and monitoring reports on control per balance account, to ensure that the figures presented in the financial statements are accurate
    6. Preparing detail of account balance
    7. Provide necessary documentation and support for internal, external audits and management review
  2. Outstanding and Mismatch Items Settlement
    1. Give feedback of outstanding item in reconciliation report to the parties who create those outstanding transactions
    2. Identify the root cause of outstanding item
    3. Tracking & ensuring the outstanding item settlement
    4. Conduct cash opname, inventory opname & fixed asset opname
    5. Conduct cut off test & vouching
  3. Transaction Recording
    1. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including input of journal entries, amortization and depreciation.
    2. Input adjustment journal in general ledger modules.
    3. Input fixed asset transaction journals in fixed asset modules and create fixed asset master.
  4. Cross-Department Collaboration
    1. Collaborate with other departments to gather accurate reporting data
    2. Ensure timely delivery of information from all relevant parties.
