Position Overview

The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for developing and executing Talent Management strategies to strengthen Meratus leadership pipeline, ensure availability of successors for critical roles, and drive overall organizational capability. The role leads Talent Review, Succession Planning, Talent development, internal mobility, and leadership development initiatives aligned with business goals under the OD & Talent Management function.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Strategy & Framework

  • Develop, refine, and implement Talent Management frameworks (4-Segment Talent Box, succession, career pathways).
  • Provide insights to business leaders on capability and talent risks.

Talent Review & Succession Planning

  • Lead Talent Review cycles, including calibration with SFU/SBU Heads, and HRBPs.
  • Build succession pipelines and track readiness.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Design and execute development programs.
  • Manage learning journeys, assessments, coaching, and evaluation.

Performance Talent Alignment

  • Ensure integration between performance ratings, potential assessment, and development actions.

Talent Analytics & Reporting

  • Produce dashboards and insights on bench strength, mobility, readiness.

Internal Mobility & Career Development

  • Facilitate movement and establish career frameworks.

Governance & Compliance

  • Maintain Talent Management processes, SOPs, and P3W documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major, master's degree preferred.
  • 5-8 years' experience in Talent Management, OD, HRBP, or Leadership Development.
  • Experience managing Talent Review and Succession Planning.
  • Strong business acumen and project management capability.
