Operations Staff - Liner

Position Overview:

As an Operations Staff MLT, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our logistics and transportation services. You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day activities of our operations, including managing shipments, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining communication with our clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Order trucking to vendor

- Job Order and consigment note issuance

- Monitoring milestone activity vendor

- Reporting progress milestone to stakeholders ( customer, CS, others )

- Vessel schedule report to stakeholders

- Operational support and assistance during door service process ( Depo, Vessel, Trucking )

- Collecting document form vendors and distribute to others party

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and transportation operations would be an advantage

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
