Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate client accounts to drive portfolio growth.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies tailored to market trends and specific client needs.
  • Build and sustain high-trust relationships with existing clients, overseeing the end-to-end renewal process to ensure long-term retention.
  • Provide expert guidance on health insurance solutions, including benefit structuring, coverage options, and strategic cost-optimization to maximize client value.
  • Facilitate seamless communication with insurance carriers regarding quotations, premium negotiations, policy administration, and complex claims advocacy.
  • Stay abreast of healthcare industry shifts to provide clients with proactive updates and competitive benchmarking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as Marketing from General Insurance/Broker Insurance.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, particularly in the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
