PT Lidean Pialang Asuransi, part of the Meratus Group, is expanding its business and looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to support our Group Marketing function. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in general insurance or insurance brokerage, who enjoy building client relationships and driving business growth.

Requirements : 

• Bachelors Degree (S1) in any major

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or business development role within general insurance or insurance brokerage

• Strong understanding of insurance products, client acquisition, and market dynamics

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate and group client accounts
• Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to support business growth

• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs and service expectations are met

• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the insurance sector
