Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze regulatory developments relevant to the company's business, including maritime, shipping, trade, and corporate regulations.
- Assess regulatory changes and provide legal opinions, compliance guidance, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.Support the development, implementation, and enhancement of compliance programs, policies, and internal governance frameworks.
- Coordinate with government authorities, regulators, and industry associations to obtain regulatory updates and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement regulatory requirements and address compliance-related matters.
- Support regulatory audits, inspections, and compliance reviews by preparing and maintaining required documentation.Prepare regulatory updates, compliance reports, and recommendations to support business decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.); advocate license is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, Legal Compliance, Corporate Legal, or Regulatory Affairs.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly in corporate, trade, and business compliance.
- Exposure to shipping regulations, maritime laws, and international maritime conventions is preferred.
- Proven experience in legal research, regulatory monitoring, impact assessment, and legal opinion drafting.
- Experience supporting compliance programs, policy development, and regulatory implementation.
- Ability to liaise effectively with government authorities, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, integrity, and attention to detail.
