We're currently looking for Document & System Administrator (Ship Certificates & Documents)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the management of vessel certificates and documentation, including monitoring validity and compliance to ensure vessels meet all seaworthiness requirements.
- Coordinate the application, renewal, and updating of vessel certificates and documentation with relevant authorities and institutions, including Classification Societies, Port Authorities (KSOP), and Kementerian Perhubungan.
- Serve as the primary liaison with relevant stakeholders for vessel audits, inspections, and other related regulatory activities.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any related major
- Minimum 3 year of experiences in same position
- Proper analytical thinking and communication skill
- Proficient in English
- Willing to be placed at Jakarta Utara
