We are looking for a Sales & Account Executive to join our growing team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Sales, Account Executive, or Marketing professional within the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry.
  • Strong experience in B2B sales, including managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sales account management.
  • Solid understanding of logistics and/or supply chain workflows is highly preferred, including familiarity with industry pain points and operational processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate product features into business value for customers.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets, pipelines, and performance metrics.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Tech, and Operations to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and sales-related software is a plus.
  • Responsibilities:

    • Identify, prospect, and acquire new client accounts to drive sustainable business growth.
    • Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing initiatives aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
    • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial engagement and needs assessment to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
    • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
    • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business needs and translating them into effective product or solution offering
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and continuously improve sales strategies.
    • everage knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and SaaS operational processes to recommend solutions that deliver real business value to clients.
