Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Product Designer to join our AI for Coding Team, collaborating directly with our design AI systems to shape the next generation of automated product design.

In this role, youll evaluate, guide, and refine design decisions generated by AI ensuring every layout, interaction, and visual choice aligns with human creativity, usability, and brand standards.

Youll act as both mentor and trainer to the AI: correcting and improving its design logic, defining design quality metrics, and feeding structured feedback into model training loops.

You'll work closely with engineers, data scientists, and UX experts to establish a shared language between human designers and AI systems, ensuring design automation enhances rather than replaces creativity.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated design proposals, ensuring usability, visual consistency, and brand alignment.

Provide structured feedback and corrections to improve AI decision-making in design tasks.

Define and maintain quality metrics for AI-assisted design outputs.

Collaborate with ML engineers to translate human feedback into dataset labels and fine-tuning improvements.

Guide the AIs design sense by curating datasets of high-quality design patterns and principles.

Experiment with prompt engineering and model configuration to enhance creativity and relevance.

Work with human designers to compare, test, and integrate AI-generated alternatives into production workflows.

Promote responsible and transparent use of generative design within our hub design ecosystem.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer working on complex digital systems.

Strong experience designing dashboards, workflows, or internal tools for technical users.

Proficiency in Figma and data visualization tools.

Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable UX decisions.

Interest in AI-assisted design or humanAI interaction patterns.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

Experience designing for AI-powered tools or data-heavy products.

Understanding of prompt interfaces, feedback systems, or AI explainability concepts.

Familiarity with developer tooling ecosystems (GitHub, CI/CD dashboards, monitoring tools).

Basic knowledge of UX metrics and experiment-driven iteration.
