Country Rollout Manager

About the role:
Our client, Digital Hub based in the city center of Barcelona is looking for a Digital Project Manager. In this role you will have a dual responsibility within our organization: work together with their multidisciplinary team to coordinate the internationalization of our products while supporting your assigned countries operations.
You will be the link between the local CRM teams of the different countries of our group, other international teams and our agile organization. You will ensure the proper setup of our product on their respective organizations as well as guide our product adaptation to their country specific requirements.
You will also work together with our team to provide the countries with a vision of the future digital products and developments to come to their organization. Being part of a team located in Germany and Spain you'll be in charge of supporting the prioritization of the needs of the countries with squads product owners and managers.
In this Role, you'll get to:
- Be the link between your assigned countries and our agile cross-functional team.
- Support the local country teams operation of our products by helping them formulate business needs and improvements of existing or desired products.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers and product owners/managers.
- Help manage the agile boards assigned to the countries.
- Prepare training sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Elaborate documentation and presentations.
Required Skills:
- 4-5 years' experience in software or digital project management.
- Solid communication & presentation skills.
- Strong organizational & structured mindset.
- Understand business requirements and translate into product solutions.
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- English proficiency.
