Junior Campaign Manager

Our client, Digital Hub based in the city centre of Barcelona is looking for a Junior Campaign Manager to join their AdOps area. Your main responsibilities will be to develop, create, and manage advertising campaigns for their partners. The area you will be working in provides AdOps services for various channels, including their loyalty app which is available in over 28 European countries.
In this Role, you'll get to:
- Participate in early stages of running campaigns, collaborating closely with stakeholders and preparing proposals on how to run campaigns.
- Create and manage campaigns, as well as relevant adjustment on a technical level, across the AdServer, Data Management Platform, and/or tracking tools.
- Review marketing content and URLs and monitor performance & quality.
- Proactively develop and present ideas for improvements to performance and service quality.
- Identify and propose potential optimizations to our advertising partners.
- Work at the intersection between our sales team, agencies, customers, and external providers.
Required Skills:
- You're detail - oriented with an agile mindset and excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in management and planning of campaigns, ideally in corporate environment.
- Understanding of Marketing KPIs.
- Proficient English & Spanish, German nice to have.
