Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.

  • Assisting with opening and closing duties as required.
  • Enduring high temperatures in the kitchen environment and standing for long hours during busy shifts.
  • Demonstrating punctuality and reliability by consistently arriving on time for scheduled shifts.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve operational goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the F&B industry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus.
