Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serving food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate billing.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties as required.
- Enduring high temperatures in the kitchen environment and standing for long hours during busy shifts.
- Demonstrating punctuality and reliability by consistently arriving on time for scheduled shifts.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve operational goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the F&B industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus.
