JOB SUMMARY:
The Team Member position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support, while working closely with the General Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Deputy General Manager and Assistant General Managers. This position has direct interactions with Guests and members of the field operations team
Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of all items to set up the kitchen for success
2. Receives product and ensures its quality, proper storage, and labeling
3. Keep kitchen stocked with product, disposables and clean utensils and maintains floors and trash in the kitchen throughout the shift to ensure a smooth operational flow
4. Keep equipment, utensils, tools and Back of House clean, organized and sanitized throughout
5. Assist in managing the lines and surrounding cleanliness
6. Preparation and making of food and beverages
