Responsibilities

  • Supervising and leading a team of F&B staff crews to ensure smooth operations.
  • Training and mentoring new staff members to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Managing inventory levels and placing orders for supplies as needed.
  • Overseeing cash handling procedures and ensuring accuracy in transactions.
  • Conducting regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Resolving customer complaints and addressing any issues that arise during service.
  • Creating staff schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels for each shift.
  • Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the F&B industry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus.
