Responsibilities
- Supervising and leading a team of F&B staff crews to ensure smooth operations.
- Training and mentoring new staff members to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Managing inventory levels and placing orders for supplies as needed.
- Overseeing cash handling procedures and ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Conducting regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Resolving customer complaints and addressing any issues that arise during service.
- Creating staff schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels for each shift.
- Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the F&B industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus.
