Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive to join our team in Singapore. The Admin Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the office, including managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  2. Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for employees.
  3. Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
  4. Handle office maintenance and facilities management, including liaising with vendors and service providers.
  5. Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external meetings and events.
  6. Maintain and update company databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  7. Assist in HR-related administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and coordinating employee activities.
  8. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  9. Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
