About Us:

Melior is a boutique talent consultancy that specialises in recruiting for advertising, marketing, digital and design roles. Founded in Singapore in 2020, we are a strong but mighty team of 3 - working from Singapore, Bali and Dubai.

We are currently working on a high-volume hiring project with a creative agency, that is looking to hire 15-20 people over the next few months. These roles will be across social media, project management, strategy, creative and more. Due to this win, we are looking for a Freelance Recruiter to support with sourcing and managing candidates.

What you'll be doing:

• Sourcing for candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
• Holding screening calls with candidates
• Managing candidates through the interview process, such as handling interview prep and feedback
• Keeping our recruitment platform updated

What you bring:

• You must have experience recruiting for advertising, marketing and creative roles in Singapore
• A strong understanding of the creative agency space
• Experience sourcing for candidates through LinkedIn
• Experience holding candidate screening calls
