We're very excited to be partnering with this innovative content production agency that specialises in 2D & 3D animation, motion graphics, video & film production and CGI. They work with some amazing clients within luxury, beauty, travel, tech and more.

As their Creative Director, you will be part of the management team, mentoring and managing the Creative Team and approving all work.

What you'll be doing:

• Overseeing and approving all creative work, ensuring creative standards and client objectives are met
• Leading the creation and presentation of client pitches
• Supporting the development of training materials and sessions
• Monitoring and managing the workflow and productivity of the creative team
• Supporting the Account Management team with building and deepening client relationships

What you bring:

• At least 8 years of relevant experience working in creative / content agencies
• Experience growing and managing teams
• Strong experience with 2D / 3D animation, motion graphics and video production
• Experience building and managing client relationships
• Fluency in both Chinese and English
